Nifty carpool lanes will have to wait on the I-5

Q. Why has Caltrans restriped the carpool lanes in both directions on the I-5 freeway, between the 55 and Crown Valley Parkway, to allow for only limited ingress/egress? All of our other Orange County freeways, including other portions of the 5, allow for unlimited ingress/egress.
