NHRA kicks off 2019 with Winternationals at Auto Club Speedway

Drag racing returns to Auto Club Raceway this week as the NHRA opens its season with the traditional Winternationals. Unlike past seasons, the championships are seemingly wide open.
The pros will take to the track Friday for the first two of four qualifying runs. The finals are set for 11 a.m. Sunday.
