NFL draft: Rams take Purdue TE Brycen Hopkins after trading picks
The Rams chose Purdue tight end Brycen Hopkins with their fourth-round pick in the NFL draft after making a trade to add two selections later Saturday.
The 6-foot-5, 245-pound Hopkins, who was All-Big-10 after catching 61 passes for 830 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior, joins a Rams tight-end roster led by Tyler Higbee, Gerald Everett and Johnny Mundt.
