New Anaheim program intended to help seniors facing hardship with rent

Anaheim officials have declined to pass rules that freeze or limit increases on mobile home park rents, but they’re hoping a new “senior safety net” program will help the city’s older residents – wherever they live – who find themselves in dire circumstances.
For months, tenants at the 55-and-older Rancho La Paz mobile home park have lobbied city leaders in Anaheim and Fullerton for help (the park straddles the cities’ shared border). Their park was sold
