Neighbors: Anaheim's plans for celebrating Halloween

The Anaheim Fall Festival and Halloween Parade are coming up on Oct. 29, while Anaheim's Haunted House, Motel 6 Feet Under, is already open for scaring. Fall Festival activities will be held on Center Street Promenade from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 29 and there will be Dia de Los Muertos activities just up the street near the Muzeo plaza.
