Mountain High shuts lifts for season amid coronavirus outbreak

Pack up the snow gear, Mountain High has called it quits for the season.
The Wrightwood resort posted the update Tuesday, March 31, citing the extension of federal guidelines for social distancing through April 30.
Like other mountain resorts in the region, the popular Southern California snow resort temporarily shut down as restrictions on gatherings tightened a few weeks ago – just as back-to-back storms dropped heaps of new snow after a dry February.
