Moulton Niguel Water District celebrates conservation program, honors participants

Moulton Niguel Water District on Tuesday, Nov. 14 celebrated a conservation milestone of removing 5 million square feet of turf through its turf removal program, and honored some of the customers who have participated in the program.
Some 50 people attended the event at Crown Valley Park in Laguna Niguel, including community leaders, board members and customers of Moulton Niguel.
“It’s a great program that helps the environment, adds beauty and value to my home, and reduces my water
