Motorist struck and killed after leaving car stranded on the 22 freeway shoulder

GARDEN GROVE — A motorist who got out of his disabled car on the shoulder of the eastbound 22 Freeway near Beach Boulevard at about 7 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 23, was struck and killed by a passing car, according to a press release from Garden Grove police.
