Moose Fire map: Evacuations in Mendocino County

A fire that started Monday evening near the Mendocino County community of Hopland is threatening structures and has forced evacuations of a rural area.
The Moose Fire was reported at 5:10 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Moose Road and Bus McGall Road, in steep wooded terrain five miles northwest of Hopland. The cause is under investigation.
Within two hours, it was threatening 10 structures and evacuation orders had been issued, the CalFire incident report says.
