Missing Westminster man with Alzheimer’s returns home

WESTMINSTER — A 72-year-old man with Alzheimer’s disease who went missing from his home in Westminster has returned safe and sound, police said today.
Pablo Tapia was seen walking back to his home about 1:30 p.m. Monday, according to a Westminster Police Department dispatcher.
