Minor power outages seen around Orange County amid gusty winds

As strong Santa Ana winds whipped through Orange County Tuesday morning, Southern California Edison reported about 250 customers in Tustin and Westminster had lost power due to the wind, and more than 600 others around the county were dealing with outages due to equipment problems and repairs, according to Edison’s website.
