ANAHEIM — His team’s ability to hang around continues to impress so much that Mike Scioscia was asked to discuss the subject in two languages.
After his usual pregame media session ended Wednesday, Scioscia took questions from two reporters in Spanish, the Angels manager doing his best to answer in kind.
When he finished, someone asked him where he learned to speak Spanish.
“Was that Spanish?” Scioscia said. “I thought it was Hungarian.”
