Martial arts classes at La Palma continue until Dec. 21

Easy martial-arts classes for adults will be held each Tuesdays and Thursdays until Dec. 21, at the La Palma Community Center,  7821 Walker St. Students will improve physical fitness, increase mental alertness, reduce stress, and achieve a positive attitude. The cost is $45.
