Market heating up after two-month coronavirus chill
The peak selling market in Southern California typically starts on Superbowl Sunday each year and extends through May. But with the onset of the stay-at-home orders in mid-March to contain the virus, the housing market was thrown on its ear.
Now that we are proceeding with the re-opening of our economy, the weather is warming up, and folks have spent their down time home shopping on every website they can find, demand is ramping up once again.
