Marines test positive for coronavirus at Camp Pendleton, Miramar as bases change how they operate
A Marine who recently traveled to Washington state on leave has tested presumptive positive for the coronavirus and is being held in isolation at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar while results are being confirmed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
A second Marine, who is from the same 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing squadron and accompanied the first service member, is being held in isolation at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton awaiting results of a coronavirus test.
