Manchester United using International Champions Cup as tuneup

For as long as Bryan Robson can remember, Manchester United has always held a special place in not only his heart.
Robson joined the heralded club in 1981, signing from West Bromwich Albion.
“I knew all about (Manchester) United and what they stood for,” Robson said of his move. “I was playing at West Brom and they sold a few of their better players and I knew they were not going to go far where I wanted to and when I heard that United had interest, I was really pleased.”
