Man shot, killed in Orange parking lot

ORANGE — A man was shot and killed in a commercial center parking lot on Friday, May 12, authorities said.
Orange Police Department officers responded to a call of shots fired at 6:11 p.m., Sgt. Phil McMullin said. They located the victim suffering from a gunshot wound in the Stadium Promenade parking lot in the 1500 block of West Katella Avenue.
The man was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
