Man killed in accident in Orange identified

Authorities on Saturday identified a 24-year-old pedestrian who was hit and killed by a person driving an SUV late Friday. Andy Hoang of Anaheim was struck at 9:07 p.m. in the area of South Lewis Street and West Tiller Avenue in Orange, according to the coroner's office.
