Man dies in Lakewood shooting

LAKEWOOD — A man was shot to death Monday night in Lakewood, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at 9:40 p.m. in the 12100 block of 207th Street, said Deputy Juanita Navarro-Suarez, of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, Navarro-Suarez said.
Sheriff’s homicide detectives were at the scene investigating the shooting death, she said.
No further information was available.
