Man arrested after pursuit from Anaheim to Oceanside

A man was arrested early Thursday morning after leading Anaheim police and California Highway Patrol officers on a pursuit that extended two counties. He attempted to stop the driver for speeding, but he refused to pull over and eventually drove onto the southbound I-5 freeway, California Highway Patrol Officer Florentino Olivera said. Anaheim police turned over the pursuit to CHP officers near Culver Drive on the freeway, who chased the driver - who was going up to 110 mph - down to Oceanside.
