Mammoth Mountain takes coronavirus precautions as big snow is forecast

With heavy snowfall forecast for the next few days, Mammoth Mountain Ski Area will continue operation, but officials are taking precautions to protect guests and employees from exposure to the coronavirus.
According to the Mono County Health Department, as of 3 p.m. Friday, March 13, there were no reported cases of COVID-19 in either Mono or Inyo counties.
Still, Mammoth officials are changing how they operate.
