LuLaRoe files $1 billion countersuit against supplier

The troubled multilevel marketing company LuLaRoe has filed a $1 billion countersuit against its former clothing supplier, pushing back against a 2018 lawsuit seeking $48.7 million for merchandise the Corona-based company allegedly ordered and never paid for.
The countersuit, filed Nov. 15 in Riverside County Superior Court, accuses Long Beach-based Providence Industries of fraud, breach of contract and unfair business practices.
