Loud noise, increased traffic expected during security training at Seal Beach Navy base

Locals may notice an increase in law enforcement activity in and around the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station the next couple of weeks as base personnel take part in a nationwide security exercise.
Known as Citadel Shield-Solid Curtain 2020, the training will be conducted on all domestic U.S. Navy bases through Feb. 14.
