Los Alamitos unable to keep up with Corral, Long Beach Poly

LONG BEACH – Long Beach Poly got a big boost from transfer quarterback Matt Corral on Friday night against Los Alamitos.
The Florida commit flashed his big arm early and often against the Griffins, throwing for over 400 yards and a pair of touchdowns to help lead Poly to a 28-10 victory over the Griffins.
“Matt was great,” said Poly coach Antonio Pierce. “I think Long Beach got to see what everyone has been seeing around the country, he’s the real deal.”
