Long Beach Harbor Commissioner Lori Ann Guzmán steps down to take post in Costa Mesa

Lori Ann Guzmán announced Tuesday that she will step off the Long Beach Harbor Commission to concentrate on her new job — city manager of Costa Mesa.
Guzmán is near the end of her first six-year term on the commission. She would have been eligible for reappointment to a second term.
