Letters: Support for the cemetery land swap

On Tuesday evening, the Irvine City Council approved the veterans cemetery land swap between the development company, FivePoint Communities, and the city. Many veterans were in attendance and voiced their support for the measure. Opponents, both council members and citizens, voiced their opposition. Much of the discussion centered on traffic and other ancillary studies that have been ignored for years as Irvine has become a bedroom community with congestion everywhere.
