It’s good news that the California Assembly passed Assembly Bill 1583, authored by Assemblyman Ed Chau, D-Monterey Park. The much-needed, common-sense bill to curb Proposition 65 shakedown lawsuits is on its way to a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing scheduled for July 11th.
