Re: “Rising sea has huge target: California” [News, April 30]: Your environment article claims sea levels could rise 10 feet in the next 70 years. This must be the most ludicrous claim ever published! The three most viable sources on the subject are consistent in their current analysis. NOAA says 3 mm per year since 1992. NASA  says 3.4 mm since 1993. IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) says 2.8-3.6 mm per year. Even the alarmist National Geographic claims 3.2 mm in
