Re: “What will it take to make ARTIC station pay for itself” [News, April 15]: When I first saw the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center under construction, I assumed the structure was straddling the tracks and that the trains, and maybe even the buses, would stop inside the building — slick, high tech and “intermodal.” But no, you wait outside for the trains, the busses stop outside. What is inside this giant, obviously expensive building
