Lazy Dog Restaurant adds a veggie burger, a dozen other items to its spring menu

One of the standouts on the spring menu at the Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar its meatless burger, according to corporate chef Gabriel Caliendo.

“We start with onions and garlic and fresh vegetables, and turn that into a beautiful veggie burger, and that veggie burger is selling really, really well,” he said in a phone interview. “The sales of items are always the feedback.”
