Latino-majority district will have to wait

Residents living in the sole voting district with a Latino majority will have to wait until 2018 to vote for a representative, under a split decision by the City Council. The move comes after activists spent more than two years trying to change Anaheim's method of electing City Council members amid claims that Latinos were shut out.
