Laguna Woods Village condo board agrees to Trust extension, forms multiboard energy task force

Third Mutual joined United Mutual and the Golden Rain Foundation, in a 7-2-0 vote, to extend the terms of the Trust Agreement by 20 years during its regular meeting on Tuesday, July 17.
The Trust was originally set to terminate 60 years from its inception, dating March 2, 2024.
