Laguna Woods’ senior mobility program faces fee hike

The Laguna Woods City Council on Wednesday, Feb. 21 passed a resolution to adopt new fee proposals for the Senior Mobility Program.
Since its inception in 2002, the subsidized program that offers discounted taxi fares for residents 60 and over has continued to run at a deficit to the city.
