Laguna Woods’ next mayor looks ahead to 2020 and beyond

Noel Hatch was selected from the ranks of the five-member City Council to serve his second term as mayor of Laguna Woods.
Of the 20 years Hatch has lived in Laguna Woods, he has been a council member for eight, beginning his public service to the city in 2012.
“One of the key things about this community is that we’re looking ahead,” Hatch told the Register. “We still look forward.”
