Laguna Woods dog park will have restricted access during relocation

Laguna Woods dogs will get to keep A Place for Paws dog park, after nearly losing it two months ago, as the city begins a six-to-nine month relocation process to a nearby area.
With the dog park on property owned partially by the Golden Rain Foundation and Third Mutual, Laguna Woods City Council at a special meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 25, voted to restrict access to Third’s part of the property, which makes up about half of the park.
