Laguna Niguel tables SunPointe development hearing on developer’s request

Laguna Niguel City Council unanimously voted to table the public hearing for the controversial SunPointe project – a proposed development of 71 single-family homes – to an unknown date, at its meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 16.
