Laguna Niguel planning commission pushes SunPointe development forward

Before a crowd of nearly 100 residents, the Laguna Niguel Planning Commission voted 4-1 on Tuesday, Sept. 26 to recommend the potential development of 71 single-family homes between Avenida Del Caballo and Saddleback Church move forward to the City Council for approval.
The majority of the planning commission expressed support for the SunPointe development plan to build 71 two-story homes spread out across the site overlooking the church and Mercedes Benz of Laguna Niguel.
