Laguna Niguel City Council could delay SunPointe public hearing

Laguna Niguel City Council was set to hold a public hearing regarding the controversial SunPointe project — a proposed development of 71 single-family homes — at its meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 16.
