Laguna Hills office tower sells for $27.5 million

New York-based investors have bought a seven-story Laguna Hills office tower for $27.5 million, their first foray into the region’s real estate market.
The CBRE Group brokerage said Monday Properties acquired Spectrum Tower, a 34-year-old, 113,489-square-foot office property at 23046 Avenida de la Carlota with tenants such as as Citizen Business Bank, Virginia Landry law offices, Regus, William Jordan Investments and STRADA Capital Corp. The seller was Boston-based investor TA Realty.
