LAFC signs Uruguay’s Diego Rossi, 19, as second Designated Player

Los Angeles Football Club has its second Designated Player, signing 19-year old forward Diego Rossi from Penarol of Uruguay’s first division.
Rossi will join LAFC next month as the club begins preparation for its first training camp.
Rossi scored 10 goals for Penarol this season, helping lead the club to championship.
