La Habra could allow marijuana warehouse-distribution businesses

There is enough support among City Council members to start the formal process of making marijuana warehouse-distribution businesses legal in La Habra.
The proposal now goes to the Planning Commission, probably in January. If commissioners support the idea, the council will make the final decision, likely in February.
