Kings rookie Austin Wagner longs for winning days

For a young guy, rookie forward Austin Wagner knows all about his Kings and their Stanley Cup titles in 2012 and 2014. When he was asked postgame Saturday night after the Boston Bruins scored two late goals to defeat his team 4-2 at Staples Center if this is a learning process — especially for the young guys — Wagner spoke like a veteran.
“All of us want to win,” said Wagner, whose Kings are 23-29-6 (52 points) and reside at the bottom of the Western Conference standings.
