Kings players peeved about Saturday’s performance vs. Ducks

Probably the last thing the Kings wanted or needed was to lay an egg in their final exhibition game. But that’s what happened Saturday when the rival Ducks ventured to Staples Center and defeated the Kings 3-0.
That means out of eight exhibition games – four of which were played with split squads – the Kings had one measly win, six losses and one shootout loss.
