Kings forward Michael Amadio credits trip to minors

EL SEGUNDO — Michael Amadio has been up and down this season, splitting time between the Kings and their AHL affiliate in Ontario.
That’s partly why he hadn’t scored an NHL goal since Dec. 23, until he found the net Thursday during the second period of a 4-3 shootout loss to Vancouver at Staples Center.
