lack of judgment
The important issue is Brett Kavanaugh’s character now. What stumbling blocks he worked through as he matured are only mildly interesting. And the character of the man I see now does not impress me.
Instead of requesting a review by the FBI, or owning up to accusations, or agreeing to discuss the incident — although he doesn’t readily recall it —  instead of being an adult, he just denies it all.
That demonstrates a lack of judgment
