Julio Teheran prepares for third Angels start after abbreviated preparation

ANAHEIM — When most major league pitchers were throwing full-fledged bullpen sessions, or even facing hitters, in preparation for this shortened season, Julio Teheran was at home throwing into a net.
Teheran, who was quarantined in late June and early July because of a bout with the coronavirus, is going to make his third start of the major league season on Sunday.
It will be just the fourth time he’s pitched to hitters at all, including one intrasquad game in Long Beach. Teheran mis
