JSerra tight end Keyan Burnett transfers to Servite

Sophomore tight end Keyan Burnett, JSerra’s second-leading receiver this past football season, transferred to Servite, Friars coach Troy Thomas confirmed Monday.
Burnett (6-5, 215) had 22 receptions for 314 yards and two touchdowns. He also played defensive end where he recorded two sacks.
Burnett joins a Friars team with much potential for 2020. Servite’s 2019 team had five non-seniors who were selected All-Trinity League first team including quarterback Noah Fifita and receiver Tet
