John Wayne Airport gets $4 million federal grant for infrastructure improvements

Orange County’s John Wayne Airport has received a $4 million grant to update airfield signs, navigation aids and runway lighting, the Federal Aviation Administration announced.
The money is part of an $800 million package of safety and infrastructure funding awarded to 347 airports around the country.
