Jackson tosses shutout as El Toro captures CIF-SS Division 1 title

LOS ANGELES – Life is usually good for the El Toro baseball team when Jake Jackson is on the mound.
Friday was more of the same.
The senior right-hander pitcher tossed a three-hit shutout to lead the Chargers to their first CIF-SS title since 2008 with a 4-0 victory over Corona at Dodger Stadium.
