Irvine Co. announces layoffs

The Irvine Company has announced layoffs of 63 employees as part of a reorganization in its apartment operations division.
Another 17 people will be offered other jobs in the company, said Irvine Co. spokesman Scott Starkey.
“Irvine Company is in the process of refining the long-term apartment communities focus on high-quality management services and first-class apartment property conditions,” says the announcement, released Friday, Feb. 9.
